Return & Shipping Policy

Returns.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Items such as final sale items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons or as indicated at the time of purchase.

• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Process

1. Contact our customer service team at quin@mylakevibes.com to initiate a return.

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label. 

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at quin@mylakevibes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping costs.
