Bacon-Topped Chicken Ciabatta Bake
Juicy chicken meatballs are simmered in a rich, creamy sauce, then nestled inside a soft, toasted ciabatta bun. Topped with crispy bacon and melty cheese, each sandwich is baked to golden, bubbling perfection. It's savory, comforting, and seriously irresistible—heaven in a bun!
4 Strips Bacon
5 Sprigs Scallions (Diced)
1/2 Red Pepper (Diced)
1 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
1 Garlic Bulb (MInced)
1 Tbsp Kinders Garlic Butter Seasoning (more if needed)
1 Tbsp CRAVE Cajun Seasoning (more if needed)
3/4 Cups Grated Fontina Cheese
3/4 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Chicken Meatballs
1 Lb Ground Chicken
1/2 Sweet onion (diced)
1/2 Red Pepper (diced)
1 Tbsp Kinders Garlic Butter Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
In a medium skillet cook bacon until done
Remove from skillet, place on paper towel to drain excess grease
Pour grease from skillet
Add peppers and onions
Cook for a couple minutes
Stir in flour
Stir in garlic
Saute for a couple of minutes
Whisk in heavy cream
Cook on medium until sauce begins to thicken and boil
Lower Temp medium low
Whisk in cheeses
Whisk until cheese melts
Reduce to simmer and cover
While simmering, make meatballs
Mix all the ingredients together and form balls
the ground chicken is soft and forming the balls will be messy
can make ahead
Once balls are formed bring sauce to a low boil
Add meatballs
Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked
While cooking, constantly stir sauce so cheese does not burn
Once done, remove from heat
Turn oven on broil
Add bread to a cookie sheet
Cut a circle around the top of the bread and discard
Add alittle cheese to the bottom of the bread
Top with a little sauce and 1-2 meatballs
Add a little more sauce,cheese, and bacon to the top
Repeat with the rest of the bread
Add to oven 425 until cheese melt and top of the bread is slightly crisp
Remove from heat
Let cool
