Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

This bold and creamy dip is everything you love about Buffalo wings—reimagined. Made with seasoned ground chicken, zesty Buffalo ranch, rich cream cheese, and melty Monterey Jack, it's the ultimate party pleaser. 1Lb Ground Chicken

1/4 Cup Celery (diced)

1/4 Cup Red Pepper (diced)

1/4 Cup Onion (diced)

1 Tbsp Flour

3/4 Cup Hellman's Buffalo Ranch Sauce

1/4 Cup Hot  Sauce

3 Tbsp Plain Cream Cheese

1 Cup Buffalo Ranch Monterey Jack Cheese (grate)

1-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1-2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

Heat the skillet to medium

Add chicken 

Cook for about 4 minutes

Add celery, red pepper & onions

Cook until veggies are done

Drain grease

Add chicken back to skillet

Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes more and chicken is no longer pink

Drop temp to low

Add cream cheese

Add buffalo ranch sauce, hot sauce, garlic & cajun seasoning

Stir until fully incorporated

Add buffalo ranch cheese

Stir until melted

Can Add additional cheese to the top and put in 375 degree oven until cheese melts or can serve as is

Garnish with additional chopped celery (optional)

Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks
