Fried Cream Cheese Melt

But that’s not all—this decadent treat is dipped in flavored coffee cream, then fried to golden perfection for a crispy, buttery finish. This cream cheese melt is so good. I like to say it taste like a stuffed doughnut. Perfect for a lake day snack. The crisp edges and gooey center will have everyone asking for more.

Ingredients:

Brioche Bread

4-6 Caramel Squares (melt)

Philadelphia Honey & Pecan Cream Cheese

Chopped Pecans

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

1 Cup Coffee Mate Vanilla & Caramel Coffee Cream

Powered Sugar

Vegetable Oil (about ½ inch depth in skillet)

Instructions:

Flattened Bread with rolling pin

Spread Melted Caramel on one side of each piece of bread

Spread Cream Cheese over bread

Sprinkle one side with nuts

Put pieces together making a sandwich

Cut in half

Heat oil in a skillet

Once heated

Pour coffee cream in a bowl

Quickly dip both sides of sandwich in cream

Add to skillet

Fry until golden brown

Repeat on the other side

Once done put on wire rack

Cool and Dust with powdered sugar
