Seafood Indulgence Pasta

1lb Shrimp(cleaned.deveined.pat dry)

1lb Bay Scallops(rinsed and pat dry)

1/2 lb Crab Meat

1lb Mussels(cooked.removed from shells)

1/2 Yellow Pepper

CRAVE Signature Seasoning or All Purpose Seasoning

CRAVE Cajun Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning

CRAVE Italian Seasoning or Italian Seasoning

Cayenne Pepper

2 Tbsp Garlic (minced)

5 Tbsp Butter

5 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Flour

3/4 Cup Chardonnay

2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth

Box Thin Spaghetti

Scallions (for Garnish)

Heat skillet medium

Add 2 Tbsp Butter and Olive Oil 

Once butter has melted Add  shrimp(Sprinkle with all purpose and cajun seasoning) and saute until done

Remove from pan and Add scallops(Sprinkle with all purpose and cajun seasoning) Add more butter and oil if needed and saute until done

Remove from pan and Add crab meat and mussels, just heat and to get flavor, they are already done.

Remove from pan and Add 1 Tbsp butter and oil

Add  yellow peppers and saute for a couple of minutes

Add garlic cook about 1 minute

Sprinkle flour over garlic and pepper 

Stir mix together

Add wine and whisk

Cook for about 2-3 minutes until wine has reduced by half

Add chicken broth, Tbsp all purpose seasoning, cajun seasoning and tsp of italian seasoning. 

Stir and bring to a boil

Reduce heat to simmer

Add shrimp and scallops to the pan and cover

After 10 minutes add crab meat and mussels

While simmering, cook pasta according to package direction

When pasta is done drain and add to sauce

Garnish with sliced scallions
