Smokey Salmon Mac Supreme
This isn't your average mac and cheese—it's a smoky, creamy, flavor-packed masterpiece. Made with a decadent blend of smoked Gouda, smoked cheddar, and smoked salmon cream cheese, every bite is silky and indulgent. Tender pieces of sauteed salmon are folded in for a rich, savory twist that takes comfort food to gourmet heights. It's bold, satisfying, and unforgettable.
1lb Salmon (skin removed. clean and cut into pieces)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 ½ tsp CRAVE Smoked Seasoning
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 Cup Macaroni
1 1/2 Cup Smoked Cheddar Cheese (grate)
1 1/2 Cup SmokedGouda Cheese (grate)
1/2 Container PhiladelphiaSmoked Salmon Cream Cheese
2 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Half & Half
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Season Salmon
Cook in air fryer or sauté for about 6-8 minutes or until done
Remove
Place on paper towel to absorb any oil
Set aside to cool
Add butter and flour to medium heat pan
Whisk to incorporate
Cook for about 4 minutes
Add in evaporated milk and half/half
Cook until begins to lightly boil
Whisk in cheeses a cup at a time
Whisk until cheese melts
Add garlic, salt and pepper
Stir in salmon
Turn heat off
Cook macaroni according to package direction
Drain
Mix into cheese sauce
Add to baking dish
Add remaining cheese on top
Cover and Bake for about 15 minutes
Once done
Remove foil
Add back to oven on broil until cheese is slightly charred.
