Easy Salmon Panini Recipe with Bacon and Creamy Spinach Sauce
This bold and buttery panini is packed with flavor and grilled to golden perfection. Sautéed salmon meets smoky bacon and a creamy spinach-infused sauce, all nestled between thick slices of Texas toast. Pressed on a panini grill until perfectly crisp, it's a warm, melty sandwich that hits all the right notes—rich, savory, and completely satisfying.
1/2 lb Salmon (clean and pat dry)
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp Kinders Lemon Garlic Seasoning
8 Strips Bacon (cooked)
1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
5 oz Cream Cheese with Garlic and Herbs
Handful of Spinach
2 Sprigs of Scallions
Texas Toast Sandwich Bread or Frozen Texas Toast with Cheese
Cut salmon in half, thinning it(make sure it's about the size of the bun you are using)
Sprinkle with seasoning
Heat olive oil and butter in skillet on medium
Once heated add salmon fillets (do not crowd pan)
Add garlic to pan
Saute about 3 minutes per side
Remove from pan
Put on a paper towel to drain
Turn off the saute pan
Wipe clean with a paper towel
Add cream cheese, spinach and cheeses to the pan
Stir until the spinach is wilted
Let's build the sandwich
Heat panini machine or skillet
Rub butter on both sides of the panini maker or skillet
Spread the cream cheese mixture on both pieces of bread
Add the salmon and top with bacon
Sprinkle chives or scallions on top and top with the other slice of bread
Add to the panini machine and close the top
Once the bread has toasted remove and cut in half
If you are using a skillet
Add to the skillet and press down until both sides of the bread have been toasted
