Crawfish and Cajun Sausage Fettuccine

Crawfish and Cajun Sausage Fettuccine is a rich, creamy, and bold Southern-inspired pasta dish that brings the heart of Louisiana to your table. This recipe features tender crawfish tails and spicy Cajun sausage sautéed with a medley of colorful veggies, then simmered in a luscious tomato cream sauce made with tomato paste and heavy cream. 1 Pack Cajun Sausage (sliced)

1 Frozen Package of Crawfish (unthaw and rinse)

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Small Package Fresh Sliced Mushrooms

¼ Cup Celery (diced)

½ Yellow Onion (diced)

½ Green Pepper (sliced)

½ Red or Yellow Pepper

1 ½ Chicken Broth

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

½ Tbsp Herb Paste

¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese

½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 lb box Fettuccine or whichever pasta you prefer

CRAVE Cajun Seasoning

Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Hot Sauce 

Salt/Pepper to Taste

Saute Sausage on medium high about 4 minutes per side until done

Remove from the pan, Put on paper towel to absorb grease

Add Crawfish to the pan and sauté about 1 minute

Remove from pan

Add butter and olive oil

Once butter has melted sauté pepper, celery and onions for about 3 minutes

Add broth, heavy cream, garlic, paste and 2 tbsp CRAVE seasoning

Cook until it begins to boil, reduce heat

Stir in cheeses, stir until melted

Add sausage

Simmer while your pasta cook

Once pasta is done drain and mix everything together 

Add crawfish

Adjust seasoning
