lb Shrimp (fresh.deviened.cleaned)

5 tbsp Butter (unsalted)

3 tbsp Olive Oil

Crave Cajun Seasoning

Pepper

Hot Sauce

1 Garlic Bulb (diced)

1 Red Pepper (diced)

1 Pack Scallions (diced)

1 qt Heavy Cream

5 oz Parmesan Cream

16 oz box Bow Tie Pasta 


Pat dry the shrimp s with paper towels

Sprinkle shrimp with CRAVE Cajun seasoning 

Add 3 tbsps butter and 2 tbsps olive oil to medium heat saute pan

Add seasoned shrimp.. cook about 3 minutes per side or until done  (do not overcook)

Remove the shrimp from the pan

Add the remaining butter and olive oil

Add scallions and red pepper

Saute about 3 minutes

Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute

Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil

Drop the temp to simmer

Add tbsp of both seasonings and 5 shakes of hot sauce

Simmer for about 20 minutes

While sauce is simmering cook your pasta until al dente

About 10 minutes into your simmering add your cheese, stir until melted

Add the shrimp to your sauce

Remove from heat

Drain and add pasta once finished cooking.

Let sit to thicken

Season to taste
