Cozy Chicken Pot Pie

This hearty dish is filled with tender chicken, savory vegetables, and a rich, creamy gravy that comes together in every satisfying bite. Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (fat removed, rinsed and cut into chunks)
1 tbsp CRAVE Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp CRAVE Cajun Seasoning
1 ½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 ½ tsp Marjoram
½ Cup Celery (diced)
Half a Yellow Onion (diced)
1 tsp Garlic
3 tbsp Flour
4 Cups Chicken Broth
¼ Cup each Milk and Heavy Cream
Couple Shakes of Hotsauce
1 Cup each Frozen Carrots and Peas
Instructions:
Melt butter and olive oil on medium in a medium-sized skillet
Add diced chicken and season
Sauté chicken for about 8 minutes or until done
Remove from pan
Add onions, celery and garlic to the pan
Cook for 7-8 minutes
Stir inthe flour
Cook for 1 minute
Add chicken broth, milk and cream
Stir...sauce will begin to thicken
Simmer for about 10 minutes
Add peas and carrots
Simmer 10 minutes more
Adjust Seasoning
Add to baking dish
Add pastry on top (brush with a little melted butter)
Bake on 400 for about 20 minutes
Let Cool
